PlayerIQ is a private platform designed for football academies and clubs. Access is restricted to authorized users only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Data and Content

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload to PlayerIQ (including player information, performance metrics, and coaching notes) is accurate, appropriate, and used in compliance with applicable data protection laws. You retain ownership of your data but grant PlayerIQ the right to store and process it for the purpose of providing the platform services.

Platform Availability

PlayerIQ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlayerIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
